At work today watering, so took the front wheels off at teabreak, as the white wall inserts weren't sitting properly. Then went to the local garage to collect some petrol for the mowers so while i was there re-inflated them both..!! :lol:

very sweet 72 Devon - nice one! - have you turned your pop top around, as the skylight is at the front? do you find this position works better than the usual place at rear of pop top? am just rebuilding my 72 Devon pop top...!

Pop top was that way round when i got it so don't know if it has been turned or not.? I thought it was that end cos if your cooking with the door shut it's closer to the cooker?? :?:

Apex 2014 at Lydden Hill circuit.....

Wet and Windy on the Saturday morning but the Fat Bob's pit station was set up.....





1st few cars going out....

Then the BEST part of the weekend was ME going out in the Fat Bob's Emporium Beetle.....!!!!! 8) 8) 8) Thank You Marc, sorry that i span it on the 2nd lap and onto the rally cross track..!!?? But it was my 1st time in a beetle or even on a race circuit...!! LoL :lol: :lol:



Was nervous as HELL...



But once i out on the track it was FANTASTIC....!!!!!!



A GREAT weekend...!!

Shame about the weather and feel for those traders who did try to set up only to lose their awnings to the HIGH winds..!! (Saw a big pile of trashed awnings as we left)

Woz - Yes there was some really clean detailed vehicles there.. 8)

I wanted to practice more on my welding and rather than just weld two bits of metal together I thought I'd make a creation..!!

It's my take on a penny farthing but made from a unicycle and other bike parts....

The Uni-Penny was created..... :lol: :lol:

Well it was an honour to helped my friends bride "to be" to get to the church on time at the weekend.... 8)

I camped over night as security guard to the cars left in the car park....! (that's my excuse..!!) :lol:
