New Years Resolutions !!

i made a resolution a few years back to not make any more new years resolutions. iv done pretty damn well at it so far.



but im quite liking the new job one thats flying around.

Yeah,,,, why not :mrgreen: But I gotta say,, I never been to a show with a Pizza Hut ??? You must go to a better class of show than me :lol: Every time I go for an eating challenge,, I think what the heck,, bit of fun,, good laugh ,, etc etc, then when I can hardly walk afterwards,,,,,,,,,,, :lol: But yes , most definitely up for that. Also can`t wait to try out my new poached eggs on toast surprise :shock: All last year we managed disaster after disaster with the eggs :evil: Bangers were great, burgers were fab, but we just managed to fubar the eggs everytime. So we got a new PLAN !!! :shock: :roll: :shock: CLING FILM !!! Yes cling film is the answer You get your water on the boil and get a square of cling film and push it into a cup, then break the egg into the clingfilm and draw the corners together then twist so it`s like it`s in a plastic film shell with a long tail, you can even make shapes :mrgreen: Chuck em in the boiling water leaving the tail hanging out and the jobs a good un You just grab the tail and flop him out and you can see if it`s cooked how you want it,, brill,, and if not, then just plop him back in for a bit more, perfect :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
AND somewhere somehow,,,,,,,,, as if by telepathy :shock: I have heard the immortal words,,,, the beer has been poured, so I`m off up the pub in a bit myself,, almost as if I were personally given instructions by the almighty to go and drink beer,,, :lol:

Bertie B , you sound like an eggspert, so I may take your tip and try it !! Now ,,,,, what I need to know,, is,, how much into the equation does alchohol come ?? Will the vinegar counteract copious Stellas on the previous night ??? Or is it a try it when you`re sober type of thing , or am I back to wandering in the darkness with the egginess thing ??? I need to know, have you tried when completely boooolaxed ??

Dinnit worry oz the vinegar wont flavour the egg or drown the luxurious effects of stella actatwat :mrgreen:

Can easily be done when one is suitably well oiled just work smoothly to form a whirlpool building speed as your drunken confidence rises, untill you have a vortex worthy of an old sinbad film..........

Or untill while pissed and swaying with the stirring, you pull the pan off the hob and "hot vinegar" your nads :shock: :shock:

hmmmmm.....
last year's resolution was "be naked more" which i think worked very well!
this year i think i'm going to go for something a bit more challenging...

1. standard- lose a bit of weight. i'm living with some real fitness freaks this year, so i've at least got them to push me. not looking forward to it though!

2. Get the van bodywork done! i've the front panel on, all i've got to do now is...everything rear of that!

3. brew a batch of my grandfather's ale- i got a microbrewery for christmas and my mother found one of his recipes, so with any luck i'll be brewing some "Plowman's Ale" in the next few months!

4. Be naked even more than last year!

bring on 2012!

Well, don't hold me to any of these (except no.1)

1. Cut down on the booze (Doctors orders... )

2. Get rid of the belly (should be sorted by no.1)

3. Clear the credit card balance.

4. Stop wingeing about my work and accept it can be sh#t but can also pay fairly well and at least I have work.

5. If I can't do no.4, then do something constructive about changing things.

6. Sort the house out. (repairs, decorating etc)

7. Don't post on here after the pub and then have to appologise the day after.....(as with 2, should be sorted by 1)

8. Stop making lists of things that will never happen.

- I need to find me an earlybay , I been without one for six months and I don't like it :evil:
- Need to get rid of some* lbs. to increase mileage on my T25 :mrgreen:

Thank you , I am hoping to get to Vanfest this year but is not set in stone just yet (still have to sweet talk the wife :mrgreen: ).
I have my eyes on a bay already so hopefully soon I will have something to work on 8)
