Thanks Baron....

Believe it or not the whitewalls have been reversed! Jon pointed it out to me. For some reason the whitewalls are facing inwards so now I've got to get a tyre place to turn them all round - god knows why someone did it in the first place.

Yep still waiting to see your van around - one day it'll happen...

my mate has imported 2 buses from the states and BOTH of them had whitewalls fitted - facing inwards !!!

They are 225 70's so yes they are quite big,
But I have some 175 70's ready for the front for when I get round to fitting my new lowered beam.
The plus sides at the moment are that it rides like being in a giant pillow, and I can go off roading in it!!
Where did you find tyres that size? Are you runing 14inch wheels on the bus? Is there any clearance problems on the back?

The tyres came with bus! They are on the standard rims too with no arch rub and i've lowered the back to check it works ok.
I guess they are of some Yank Tank, when i've done the front it'll have a little and large combo that I really like the look of plus with the fatties on it looks cool from the back!!! 8)

Thanks mate

The rack came with the bus, it had been removed and rubber bungs put in the holes in the roof all I did was tidied the holes up and refitted it.
i'd say it more asthetic than anything else but it gives me something to hold onto when i'm polishing the roof!
