WCM 1/4 light seals for the rear side windows, the repro ones don't leak but look crap compared to og. Also the upright part of the frame, and the clamp for the pivot.

Thanks to all of you for the responses,

We are pushing on a lot of these parts already

The Hub Cap situation is well known about by all and we are persuing it.

Strongy door seal wise we do a best quality one which i fitted to my van, it took a year and a half of slamming the door until the seal settled in. But its ace now, if you have a seal which shuts ace from the outset as it beds and settles in it will be too baggy and allow air to rush through.

Yes we do stock Vewiib seals but some times we have found a better quality product, so offer that instead, we actually get a fair few seals made especially for us, as we found other seals where not upto scratch. (all feedback on seals is greatfully recieved)

As said earlier this is invaluable info and dont think because tomorrow you havent seen any of these products arrive that we have not listened, we have listened and will be working on some solutions for your problem parts but it is not quick to get things all the way to final manufacture.

All my best

1970 fuel cap NON locking that is not made of hong kong cheese. I did but a locking one for over £30 which is the biggest load of crap. It locked and unlocked 3 times then broke and the rubber gasket is harder than Mike Tyson. My tesco bag and rubber band works better but VOSA don't see the practical side.

Next weeks lottery numbers would be nice,

I cant believe no one has mentioned towbars!! I know we have a batch on the way, but I believe there is a big market for an early bay towbar.

if you are looking at westy stuff, any of the rubber trim would be nice, engine to bay seal, the nice tick rubber one, not the foam one you get in latebays. decent tinware, it has to be pressed so why not get it pressed properly ? original fuse boxes, I seem to be having problems getting the bushes for the gear stick on the front of the van.

that's all for now.

RHD sliding doors are very scarce and very expensive. I'm sure there would be a market for these when you see the price of second hand ones. Even ropey ones are a few hundred quid  .

Agreed about the RHD sliding doors - in fact RHD specific parts seem to be in short supply at best and usually at high prices

True. Totally agree with this. The original replacement cab door rubbers from VW back in the day were the same. They were very tight to start with and often it was necessary to adjust the catch initially to get the door to shut. After a few months they bedded in and then the catch could be set back to how it was before.

If they fitted fine from new they were no good and went too flat after a few months.

Rear bumpers in the correct thickness metal, mounting holes and shape.
Fuel tank to filler tube for 67-71 buses.

Fanshroud flaps and operating mechanism.... I can't find anywhere in the UK that sells them.. You can buy the pushrod and thermostat and that's about it.. after that you have to go stateside to get what you need at the moment...
