Sliding door card, part 57.
After breaking yet more of these damn clips, I've finally managed to get them all lined up and ready to fit. I decided that the probability of having to remove the door card is minimal, so I'm going to stick the middle section to the sliding door frame.

All fitted and glued, with a little weight to help with the grab.

Seems to have worked OK, although there is a small mark on the the door card where one of the clips has pushed back through the ply.

And refitted. Thanks to @Fortunate Son for the assistance, it's certainly easier with two people especially when the sliding door track cover is still in place.

Right then, where were we?
Off with the 40's and manifolds retightened back to heads.

44's back on, I'm glad there's an access hatch.

After quite a lot of jiggery-pokery with the carb linkage rod length, changing the spindle levers a couple of times and refitting the alternator strap due to interference it's running again.
Not brilliantly, but that's down to tuning.

And time for a drive around the block.

Now it's driving again, I can finish the cab door cards and get some miles before Ninove.
