Nice parcel from 'Jimmy 3 sheds' today. A genuine VW stock weight flywheel, which has been 8 dowelled, balanced and refaced

Just waiting on a longer pulley bolt to fit the Berg equaliser pulley. Once that comes the rotating assembly will be sent off to be balanced as 1 unit. Just need some stroker pistons & barrels then the long block will be ready for final assembly :D Should be ready for a summer thrashing :mrgreen:

Kennedy clutches are SO much better made than a stock jobbie!

Off to Hector's Saturday I think :)
 
Took a trip into work this morning and got the bus up on our HGV wash ramp to get rid of the winter sh*t. Plenty of detergent and a steam cleaner brought the underside up like new :D

Got the bus back into work today. touched up some bits on the pop top and refitted the roof canvas.

Got my little immigrant Mahim working too :lol: Also adjusted the brakes and ran it in the rollers which good results. Just gotta fit the curtains and a roof bunk then its set for Ninove 8)
