Hello! This is our doublecab

Hi all,
This is our early doublecab, Ellie. She's a 1972 SA import.
We're new to aircooled and older vehicles so browsing mostly for hints tips and technical stuff!
So far we have fitted a litesteer kit, a new battery and replaced some wiring and that's about it. She runs a bit rough at the moment and is in need of a service and more than likely full engine set up. I have no idea where to start on that but building my knowledge from here, websites, youtube videos and haynes and bentley manuals.
Anyway, heres a pic.

Very nice and in great nick by the looks of it. I've only been an early bay owner since May this year (previous late bay owner (20 years ago!)). I've learnt loads from this forum.
