Full wrap ones - I didn't have them very tight so this, I assume, is how something got in.
After waiting for around 2 hours, got seen - took the object out, looked to be less than 1 mm but the pain.
Hopefully, after a few days it should be back to normal.
Having them too loose will allow something to get into them, but there are other possibilities such as a piece on your hand or hair when you are taking them off, then putting them back on, or something falling into the vent holes that are there to prevent them misting up, which could happen when you are looking down at the floor, then look back up. :?
Also, when not in use, even whilst you are taking a 5 minute break, do you leave the goggles up-side-down? That could allow something to fall into them, which then goes straight on your face when you put them back on.
