As the window is still out, I thought I'd better get on with the inside.
Spent all afternoon scraping and rubbing back white gloss. :evil:
All masked up and etch primed.

A coat of hi-build primer and then top coat.
Had a bit of a reaction above the window opening, but I can sort that out after the window's back in.

Glass in Friday hopefully, depending on the weather.
 
Wig, my door looks ok, I havnt stripped it back so dont know the full extent of the rust........it will be off the bus tomorrow so ill pick it up soon if you want to take a looksie..........nice work btw

Managed to split the rubber re-fitting the glass, so gave up and decided to rub down the temporary trim panels and make them permanent.

Time for a cider or two now while I wait for the varnish to dry.....
 
Wig, mine was the same, I used 5 x 2.5 din rail terminals on a rail and commoned them up with a busbar, then took a supply of each to the relevent fuse then off to the circuit, whilst i was at it I used an earth terminal to keep everything tidy...........give me a should if you need any

No, the pic is not the wrong way up. Due to lack of clearance under bench seat the enclosure is mounted horizontally. :lol:

great neat install 8) where'd you get the consumer unit?
