i'd planned on building the booey a 'proper' scalextric set-up over the xmas holidays... *stuff* happened, i work like a sloth AND it's got a bit out of hand now but as it's a nascar-style tri-oval i saw the stuff lying there on my way to get him from school and had formulated a plan for a bit of banking at 'hall bend' by the time we were passing it on the way home - the difficult thing isn't banking the track but building up the 'run off area' so you can get the tail out a bit... we've got mahoosive carrera superbirds and the like and they need a lot of room to stretch their wings
