Wot's the plans then (you keeping the patina?)
Lowered etc or going for standard height?
 
A few minor repairs but keeping the original paint, Andy, and it's going much lower.
First jobs are to free up the front hubs, it's on dollies at the moment, and a really deep clean due to the interior being smothered in gearbox oil to preserve it and the rodent nests in the headlining.

And so it begins.
Started to clean and strip the deluxe today of all the dirt and sand, gearbox oil, rat **** and rodent nests it's accumulated since it was left at Blake's yard in the 70's.











A bag of kitty litter to soak up the spare wheel well full of oil.







 
Looking good, does it need much welding?

I've just cleaned out my 70 bus project. That was full of rat ***** and nests!
